I would suggest we do a meeting/call later this week to discuss the next steps, including meetings
down in RGV.

Feb 25 and 26 are not good dates for me to travel; the National Governors Association annual meeting
is occurring then and I expect to have meetings here in DC.

As we move forward with Cameron County I would ask that (b) (6) continue to
serve as point on coordination efforts with the stakeholders. (b) (6) has established
relationships with Judge Cascos and others that we should be able to leverage as we
move forward in this endeavor. I would also like to point out that any contact made
with the Sectors Chiefs should be in coordination with me. I should not be learning of
it by being attached to the sixth attachment of an e mail.

Want to check on Cameron County efforts. Talked with Chief Vitiello ov

er weekend and he asked for some help IE a formal meeting with Cameron
County to walk them thru steps they need to get to same place as
Hidalgo. I know we have been talking to Cameron, but now that They have
signed ROE, we might want to 'consult'.
