9. Description/Components/Activities:
This activity will serve as a venue to meet, socialize and share network with fellow alumni, as well
as to reminisce memories during elementary days.
This event is also an income generating project to finance the improvement of school pavilion.
Planning conference of the teachers started on March 2, 2019 and was finalized on March 16, 2019
by the teachers, Alumni officers and representatives. The proposed date of the event will be on May 9,
2019.
Financial report, Accomplishment report and pictorials shall be done for record and reference
purposes.
