Radiation therapy  Ionizing radiation is used to interrupt cellular
growth.Radiation therapy may be used to cure the
cancer, including cancers of the head and neck.
Chemotherapy   Antineoplastic agents are used in an attempt to
destroy tumor cells by interfering with cellular
functions, including replications.Chemotherapy is
used primarily to treat systemic disease rather than
localized lesions that are amenable to surgery or
radiation.
Biologic response modifiers   
Involves the use of naturally occurring or
therapy recombinant agents or treatment methods that can
alter the immunologic relationship between the
tumor and the cancer patient to provide a
therapeutic benefit.
Gene therapy   
Gene therapy includes approaches that correct
genetic defects or manipulate genes to induce
tumor cell destruction in the hope of preventing or
combating the disease
Photodynamic therapy   
Is a cancer treatment that uses photosensitizing
agents
Intravenous fluid insertion   The administration of intravenous fluids at the right
time and in the right amounts is of great importance
because it used for fluid replacement (such as
correcting dehydration), to correct electrolyte
imbalance, to deliver medications.

Nasolaryngoscopy   carried out to investigate and diagnose conditions

of the nose and throat.
Chest X-Ray  
an imaging test that uses electromagnetic waves
to create pictures of the structures in and around
the chest.
Ondansetron 8mg TIV  
used to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be
caused by surgery or by medicine to treat cancer.
Ranitidine 50mg TIV  
a prescription drug used to treat ulcers of the
stomach and intestines.
Dexamethasone 4mg TIV  
used to treat inflammatory conditions such as
allergies, skin conditions, ulcerative colitis, arthritis
and breathing disorders.
Diphenhydramine 50mg TIV  
an antihistamine used to treat sneezing, runny
nose, itching, hives and other symptoms of
allergies and the common cold.
Mannitol 50cc TIV  
a diuretic used to force urine production in people
with acute (sudden) kidney failure. Mannitol injection
is also used to reduce swelling and pressure inside
the eye or around the brain.
Cisplastin 85mg + PNSS 700cc  
a type of chemotherapy. It is a treatment for a
x 6 hours number of different types of cancer.
5FU 1.5g in PNSS 1L x 16  
Antimetabolite drugs that inhibit cell reproduction
hours by interfering with manufacture of CHON
