Key points noted during the Day 2 MM blueprint workshop: -

Organisational Structure: -

1. Plant: 0100 is not in use.

2. Plants 2000 & 3000 are manufacturing plants.
3. Plant 1000 is corporate service.
4. Plant 4000 is Marketing plant.
5. Need to discuss with the FI team whether are we going to use the existing East park
Corporate service plant for west park or create the new one in OneSAP SIPCHEM.
6. Need to discuss with the FI team whether are we going to use the East park marketing plant
for west park or create the new one in OneSAP SIPCHEM.
7. Need to contact FI team for new Sahara company codes in OneSAP SIPHEM.
8. Business is suggesting us to contact the local MM functional consultant to get know the east
park reference plant code mapping to the exiting west park plant code to copy the same and
create new west park plant code in OneSAP SIPCHEM.
9. Business asked us to contact FI team for the new Sahara plant codes (format) in OneSAP
SIPCHEM.
10. Currently, Sahara is using only one purchasing organization, which is being treated as central
purchasing organisation for the procurement activities in all the plants and they have
different purchasing organisation for marketing.
11. Business wants the same setup of west park purchasing organisation in OneSAP SIPCHEM.
12. Business said like they will provide the new purchasing group list during the project phase.

Sales & production: -

1. Sales activities are carrying out in all the three plants: 2000, 3000 & 4000.
2. Plants 2000 & 3000 are manufacturing plants.
Procurement: -

3. No consignment & subcontracting process in West park.

4. No scheduling agreement process in West park.
5. Need to check with SD team about the Third-party order process.
6. STO process is only between two manufacturing plants.
7. Service purchase & Framework or Blanket process is available in all the four plants: 1000,
2000, 3000 & 4000.
8. No consumable purchases in plant 4000.
9. No stock purchases in plant 1000.
10. Plant 4000 will do the stock purchase only from plants 2000 & 3000 as normal purchase and
not as STO.

Inventory: -

1. No Goods issue, scrapping & physical inventory process in plants 1000 & 4000.

Sourcing: -

1. RFQ & Contract process in plant 1000.
