SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, NUR-IYAM KAMLIAN EMLAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of

Zamboanga City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint IMELDA G. GUTIERREZ, of legal
age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City, to be my true and lawful
attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things
to wit:

1. To represent me and in my behalf in the processing of my business registration in the

Bureau of Internal Revenue, Zamboanga City;
2. To receive any and all documents related to the application and/or registration from the
concerned government agencies/offices;
3. To pay any and all such expenses that may be necessary to effect the application and/or
registration of the said business;
4. To sign and execute the necessary documents to carry into full effect the power herein
conferred and to do any other related and/or incidental task that may be needed to fully
and effectively carry out the authority herein conferred upon her.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority,
as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full
power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney
or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
