SWAPPING AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

The swapping agreement is made and entered into by and between MECHELL L. HERNANDO,
33 years old, of LANTAWAN, BUUG, BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, and EMELY A.
SECRETARIO, 25 years old, of SALAGMANOK, KUMALARANG, ZAMBOANGA del Sur.
WITNESSETH
That we, MECHELL L. HERNANDO, Teacher-1 of SALAGMANOK NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
and EMELY A. SECRETARIO, Teacher-1 of KUMALARANG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, have
jointly agreed to swap stations and swap plantilla items effective __________________________ for the
following reasons to wit:
1.That I, Mechell L. Hernando assigned in Salagmanok National High School, Kumalarang District,
encountered travel difficulties to reach my station because of my present health condition called
adenomyosis, being permanent resident of Lantawan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay. If I will be transferred
to Kumalarang National High School, services will be rendered best and effective. That I was appointed
Teacher-1, under the Plantilla Item No. TCH1-571091-2014, of Bululawan National High School,
effective June 9, 2014.
2.That I, Emely A. Secretario assigned in Kumalarang National High School, Kumalarang District,
encountered travel difficulties to reach my station, being permanent resident of Salagmanok,
Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur. If I will be transferred to Salagmanok National High School, services
will be rendered best and effective. That I was appointed Teacher-1, under the Plantilla Item No. TCH1-
________-2018, of Bululawan National High School, effective ______________.
That this agreement is made in anticipation of occurrence of some problems be met later in adhering the
localization policy of the Department of Education. This is entered into by our honest belief for the good
of the service whatsoever.
