I want you to know that no matter where you are in life, no matter how low you have

sunk, no matter how bleak your situation. This is not the end , this is not the end of your
story. I know it may be hard right now but we need to stick and stay no matter what and
we will find that this tough moment will pass and if you are committed to this pain we will
use it to build a new character finding a greater meaning for the pain. You will find that
in time you can turn your life around and help others going through the same struggles.
The world right now is now in the middle of health crisis and almost of the population
suffers from depression.

Having depression is like being scared and tired at the same time. It’s the fear of
failures, but no urge of being productive. Its wanting friends but hate socializing, its
wanting to be alone but not wanting to be lonely. Its feeling everything at once then
feeling paralizingly numb its something being corrupted by your feelings.

Have you ever called worthless, hopeless, and helpless. And you are nobody, and your
existence means nothing. Because I am always being hit by that words. It affects me
every single moment of my life, especially when that words comes from your loved
ones, such as your mom, your uncle, or your best friend.

Depression isn’t something to take lightly one of my friends lost his battle with
depression and paid the ultimate price: his own life, through suicide. And although it
may not always lead to suicide, I can tell you from personal experience that depression
is a debilitating illness that can negatively affect you mentally and physically.

Depression negatively affects a person mentally. A sad feeling is the most common and
most widely known symptom of depression, but it’s not the only symptom. Another
symptom is a feeling of worthlessness, which cause thoughts that you have no purpose,
and that your life is not valuable. Hopelessness and helplessness can make you feel
like the depression will never go away and that you shouldn’t seek help because there
is nothing that will help you. Depression also causes a loss of motivation to do daily
tasks and a loss of pleasure or enjoyment in hobbies and activities you used to enjoy. It
can also cause loss of concentration.

So as you can see, depression is not just sadness. It can negatively affect you mentally,
through feelings of worthlessness, hopelessness, and helplessness, cause loss of
motivation and poor concentration. It can affect you physically through changes in
weight, sleep patterns, and lower your immune system. But even though depression
can cause you to feel helpless and hopeless, there is always help, and there is always
hope.

It's been two years since my very first dealing with depression and anxiety.
I remember the day when I first hit a low point in life and it's not a nice memory to have.
I didn't know how to deal with such a strong mental health issue, so I hid my problems
away from family and friends which made my issues worse.

I didn't want to get out of bed, I didn't want to socialise with friends and I’d put off family
days out. There came a time when I questioned my existence in life; was I a burden?
Was I even worth having around? What did I bring to life in general?

It is very unfortunate of me that I let my emotions corrupted me but the important thing
is we learn why we get down and then how we can change it. Believe it or not we create
our own negative feelings and we can also ensure that we can turn our lives around and
be a postive change for ourselves and for others.

The reason anyone get depressed always comes down to the consistent thoughts we
think and consistent beliefs we hold. In school we are teach how to get a job but no one
teaches us to live in the state of happiness no one teaches us how important our
conscious and unconscious thoughts are.

The best thing that we must likely to do is to know how to prioritize ourselves. We must
disregard all the things that is not good for us. We must value ourselves enough to take
the time every single day to work on something and to engage something that will
ensure the positivity in you and for influencing others. Never give up on the challenges
but be a strong minded and if your mind is at peace and difinitely your reaction into the
challenging times would be different. Your strenght will become hope for others and you
can leave the pain behind and focused on how you will react next and how you will react
positively. Take a little steps and soon you will be at the top of the staircase DON’T
GIVE YOU ARE WORTY YOU ARE MORE THAN WORTHY.
