When you hear the word “Team Building” perhaps you initially
think of activities that are held outside of the workplace, school,
community and many more locations to be conducted. Yet, team building
is not the time to talk about the group project that needs to be submitted
the next week rather it is the time to gather a certain group of people in
one place and give each other a reason to interact with each other in a
non-work related way.
The Philippine Normal University Student Government conducted a
Team Building Activity at the PNU– Min Open Field and it started at 1:00
PM and ended at 5:00 PM. The obstacles were challenging to achieve but
it was fun and difficult. During the activity there were a lot of different
perspectives on how to solve the problems being given to us but at the
end we enjoyed the process of being able to participate in this activity.
Team Building Activities physiques a stronger unit of togetherness
among members of a certain group of people. Activities revolving around
the differences help to open the lines of communication and teach the
students how they colleagues and maybe even friends that provide more
than just good times. Improved Communication and even enhanced
trust. Team Building Activities are designed to help individuals to step
outside of his/her comfort zones, boost one’s morale and improve an
individual’s communication leadership and teamwork skills. Each
Activity presents the team with a goal that can only be
accomplished by all team members that is working together.
To succeed in any field is a choice, being part of the team and
showing the best of the students’ ability and help build a better
workplace since being part of a team is the most important skill is team
management.

Physical Fitness is a state of health and well-being and more


specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and
daily activities.
There are different types f fitness. Zumba is one of the exercises or
fitness program created by the Colombian dancer and choreographer
Alberto “Beto” Perez during the 1990’s. Zumba is a trademark owned by

different muscle groups at once for total body toning. Boosts the heart
health. The dance moves of Zumba were designed to enhance flexibility it
builds muscles in the arms, legs and glutes. This activity protects the
joints and muscles while raising the heart rate and improving the
balance, posture and coordinator.
One of the most impressive part of Zumba is how much it appeals
to people who stay away from exercise. Zumba is not only beneficial to
young athletes it ia also the best workout and especially helpful for
adults who can’t run or do intense workouts, it can help keep up the
cardiovascular fitness. More broadly, plenty of evidences suggests
that dancing can help maintain balance and coordination, lowering the
risk for falls. Dancing around other people may help Zumba-goers feel
shy or self-conscious about their bodies.
Moreover, engaging into Zumba is a great form of aerobic exercise
that trains the whole body from top to bottom, it incorporates various
forms of exercises and provide with a very motivational and
challenging workout routine. This form of exercise is definitely a very
good way to get one’s daily exercise requirements while also training
one’s brain to follow certain musical pattern.
Zumba routine is great because the versatility of this, means that
men and women of all ages can be practice even in their own homes. It is
a very fun type of exercise that everyone can benefit from. A
well-coordinated person is someone that can stand upright and reduce
the chances of being unhealthy.

Gymnastics promotes coordination, flexibility, agility and muscular strength and
endurances and bone strength. It allows individuals to get the chance to think for
themselves, to stimulate their imagination. Gymnastics requires physical strength. Many
individual enjoy the physical aspect of gymnastics, as they perform stunts on various pieces of
equipment. Engaging into gymnastics activities provide important benefits in physical, social
and cognitive ways that affect throughout ones life. Every individual who gets involved in a
sport like gymnastics learn about fitness from a practical aspect. To connect gymnastics into
the heart of students and little learners the school as a place where students are nurtured
towards becoming responsible and productive members of society, conducts physical activities
in the manner of having an intramurals a kind of event that provides opportunities for the
students to participate in the various areas of athletics like gymnastics.
Through intramurals featuring gymnastics, students improved their self-confidence,
social relation, allows one’s ability to socially interact, increases commitment to peers.
Gymnastics benefits students in many areas. It improves body management and control and
aids in the development of locomotor, nonlocomotory and manipulative skills also promotes
coordination, flexibility, agility, muscular, strength and endurance by developing all these skills
learners.
Gymnastics is very essential in physical activities since it improves physical health and
athletic discipline and enhance self-esteem and this provides a unique and valuable
social education and experience. It helps and provides many additional cognitive and
psychological benefits that will continue to benefit an individual throughout their lives.
