SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all men by these presents:

I, ANGELICA M. TURQUIZA, both of legal age, Filipino, and residing at Block 48k L12
Martiniko St. Longos, Malabon City, have NAMED, CONSTITUTED, and APPOINTED, as I
hereby name, constitute, and appoint my mother ELLEN M. TURQUIZA, of legal age, Filipino,
and residing at the same residence address above, to be my true and lawful for me and in my
name, place, and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To get a copy of my CENOMAR from Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and

transact on my behalf before the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for the
authentication (red ribbon) of my said CENOMAR;

2. To make, deliver and execute any documents on my behalf and to sign for and in my
name in any document thereof, pertinent in the above purpose; and

3. Generally, to do whatever acts and things which may be deemed proper and
necessary to fully accomplish the above given power and authority.
HEREBY GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in Fact full power and authority to execute
and perform every act necessary to render effective the above given power and authority, as
though I myself, has so performed it, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my
said Attorney-in Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
