Working Title- A study on methods of Financing of firms.

PURPOSE

The project which was given to me regarding Financing of firms and investing in
different investment opportunities during my internship time has given me ideas
about how firms need to analyse various areas in which they will invest in a
project. To start a project it requires a best method so that the firm will have good
cash inflow and to deploy the funds . Banks provide loans for implementation of
such projects and for procuring goods and services required for the project. The
loans provided by the banks to start the project they charge interest and while
starting a project a firm has to see the best way of procuring a loan that has a low
interest and using the cash flow generated from the project to payback the
financing procured. While I was looking into various areas in investing in a
project or scheme the financer also sees some criteria before financing the project
like the firms vision energy and the effort they are willing to make and the project
ability to pay the ROI on the basis of how strong the project is and also the firms
revenue. The time value of money should also be considered as when the money
be required for the business . By analyzing the various areas I got to know how a
project report meets the requirements of finance.

AIM- The aim of the study is to find out the best method of procuring finance
and profitability after investment .
