1. Read the following references for Unit 1 at the Knowledge

2. Review chapter 3. Forms of Intellectual Property from the


following reference and draft a concept map of its contents:

3. Using the online tool GoConqr, draft three creative mind maps,

4. This course is for students to analyze and find solutions to the


following problem:

How to promote digital transformation in Colombian


enterprises?

With the aim of developing a diagnosis to identify the current


situation of the companies in Colombia, each student contributes
gathering information for one company in its local context:

a) Find a company that uses a software to develop its


accounting, sales or human resources tasks, who can be
able to provide all the information required, related to the
software purchase.

b) In order to have a valid information, the person who will


solve the survey and the student, sign a confidentiality
agreement attached in the Collaborative Learning
Environment as Annex 1 - Confidentiality agreement
(Consentimiento Informado)

c) Once the Confidentiality agreement is signed, the student


applies the following survey, attached as Annex 2, at the
Collaborative Learning Environment:

d) Record an audio or video of the development of survey as
an evidence of its development, including all the answers

e) Submit the results on the following Google form in English:

The student might find a person in the company who can be


able to answer the questions in English, otherwise, the
student has the responsibility of translating the answers
before submitting them to the Google form, with the aim of
being evaluated.

5. Individually, each student must consolidate a PowerPoint


presentation to be submitted to the Monitoring and Evaluation
Environment according to the guidelines given below in section
Products to deliver by student, and name it with the following
structure:

6. After developing the individual survey and based on its own


research on internet or other sources, each student draft a
problem tree diagram to identify the problem, its causes and
consequences according to the question proposed previously:

7. In order to develop a research or in this case a diagnosis, problem


description is a crucial step, therefore, each group member must
read the following complementary reference from unit 1 at the
Knowledge Environment:

8. Based on the different problem trees proposed previously,


collaboratively each group must describe the problem of digital
