Provider's maximum liability will be the return of all payments received from Client. Issues effecting one location may not effect another location. And any issues that arise in one location are not grounds for terminating contracts for future dates. Terms for Multiple day Rentals: Clients that hire us for multiple days either for the same location or multiple locations must have a separate contract for each location and/or date. If no service is received. Definition of Photobooth being Operational is that it is powered on and taking photos that are stored on the computer. Client agrees they are responsible and will pay for any damaged or missing equipment with the credit card they use to book the services. If the booth is not received back in two weeks than rentphotobooths will charge the cost of the photobooth to the clients credit card. In the event Provider is unable to supply a working Photo Booth for at least 80% of the Service Period. $3500 as compensation for the missing equipment. If any technical issues occur rentphotobooths has the option of either shipping out replacement equipment or offering a refund based on the percentage of usage minus shipping expenses. Client agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration. Provider is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement Terms Applying to Do it Yourself Rentals. In the event of a conflict between parties. This represents the maximum refund for all of these items. If the printer fails to print out photos on site the Provider may print out photos latter and mail to client. Client shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of service received. Renter is responsible for setting up and mailing back the photobooth via included UPS return labels. Clients understands they are not entitled to any larger refund regardless of consequential damages resulting from above issues.
