- Where do you usually watch Tv show ?

I usually watch Tv programs in my television in my living room because of it near the kitchen
and I can get snack anytime I want
- What is your favorite Tv Program ?
My favorite program is Master Cheft , this program is very interesting and it teaches me how
to cook food well and almost chefts in 5 stars restaurants cook under pressures in order to
make good food
- Are there any show or programs you do not like watching
I do not like news because every people nowadays have social network so news on Tv is not
suitable anymore
- Do you think you will watch more or fewer Tv show in the future ?
I think in the future I will not watch Tv anymore , because iam going to be busy when I am at
work and I would not spend my free time on watching Tv

- Who this person is

This person is my uncle , he is old student of National economic university . He studied very
well when was in school and try hard in his own life to achive his success .Now he is very rich
and owned 3 comapanies in 2018 . In the future he will invest in other fields
- What work this person does
He started his work 15 years ago , he sell tires , all kind of tires like truck’s tires , van’s tires ..
and accessories of car . I think he is really like his work and he always encourage me to study in
economic university
- Why this peron decided to start business
He decided to star business because he wanted to be rich when he has similar age with me . His
ambition to contribute to social throught economic fields is very great .In addition , he is going
to invest in young generation in the future in order to improve his company . My uncle ‘s vision
is very far , he know much about economic and the way to invest effectively
- Explain whether you would like to do the same work as this person
No I do not start my own business, because when I am boss of compamy , I will have a lot of
work to do . There fore I do no t have time for my children , my wife , my parents . In addition I
do have time for my self too . So that was not kind of life I want to have

- What kind of job do people do not want to do in your contry ?

I think people in my country do not want to take manual labor . Because of low paid and they
want to get fame with friends and family . There are many manual work , but most of
participants is elderly and worker who do not have any choice . They spend time to much on
 work but cannot make money as much as they do . Therefore if manual labor work with high
paid there will be a lot of application
- Who is the best advising young people about choosing job : teacher or parents ?
Firstly I think teacher will know more about strong point and weak point of children in subject
more than parents . They know what are their students good at they are the main factor of
vocation guidances of young generation .On the other hand , parents understand more about
dream and habits of their children than teacher . So they will know what job is the most suitable
for children
- Is money always the most importan things in choosing job ?
Yes I think every one want to make money as much as possible in their life . So we cannot deny
the role of money . If a person want to applied for job , he /she have to put money in the first
criteria . Secondly , working time must be suitable with money earned . For example a person
cannot work 8 hours with 1 dollar per hours .In conclusion money and time play an importan
role

- Do you agree that people nowadays are under pressures to work longer hours and take less
holiday
Yes I do mayny people nowadays are stressed because of wworl to much in longer hour and
under pressures without holidays . They want to get money as much as possible . Therefore in
holiday they will work overtime to take money to enjoy their long vacation in future
- What is the impact on society of people having poor life- work balanced ?
People with poor life work balanced have an negative impact on our society . If they spend
more time on working they will not have time for their self and family . Therefore rate of
suicide becaused of stressed and unhappy increasing dramatically nowadays . On the other hand
other people spend more time for their family on playing , chilling . This is bad expression which
can prevented the improvement of our society
- Could you recommend some effective strategies for government and employers to make sure
people have a good work –life balanced
First government should control the hours of working of employers in all company in order to
prevent exploiting labor . In addition to this some policies should be established to protect right
of worker . On the other side , authority should reduce the welfare to encourage unemployers
find job
