Short-Term Plan : We will start the construction and everything that we need to open the
business after we have the capital. Then we will process the legal aspects of the business and will
look for the suppliers for our product and production. Slow hiring of staff in the first few months of
operations but we are very loyal to those who hired. The business will have a soft opening to utilize
a small test set to the target market to create a buzz and to check our product and the production.
After a few days the MASAWRAP will open officially and will have the grand opening to showcase
our business for the potential customers and network with local businesses to form a strategic
partnership and it will also create awareness, excitement, memorable and positive experience for
everyone that will help to build the business brand and image in the community. We will also focus
on building our “maka-masa” image and environment of the business and being the first food
establishment that offers Pinoy style Shawarma in Olongapo that serves a diverse and new flavor of
the product line. After three to six months of operation, we will check the revenue and profitability
status of MASAWRAP then we will open for a franchise to expand and development of the
business, and share the opportunity to the aspiring entrepreneurs. Also, we will conduct research,
and attend seminars or training to improve the quality of products and services for the first year of
operation.

Mid-Term Plan : After establishing the image and brand of our business in the community
and the industry, on our 2-4 years of operation, we will focus on the Strategic aspects and
objectives of the business to achieve our long-term goals. We will consider also the trends in the
industry and concentrate to the development of the business by improving the choices of food and
beverage menu items, renovation and expansion of our business, training and seminar for the
product line and staff, giving full quality service every day to satisfy our customer and improving the
management and the operation also the marketing aspects of the business. Since we open our
business for the franchise, we will focus on improving the strategies and operation to our franchise
not only for our but business but also for the benefit of the franchisee.

Long-Term Plan : For the succeeding years and long-term plan since the business is
established and known in the community and industry, we will continue to improve strategy,
marketing and all aspects that will help MASAWRAP to be a prime food establishment not only in
the Philippines but also in Globally. The business will continue to embody the “maka-masa” image
and spirit since the MASAWRAP known for that. MASAWRAP will keep on improving the taste of
the main product line which is shawarma and the food and beverage menu items. We also focus to
the latest trends and development so we can apply it to make our business. We will try to expand in
global market and open for franchise to the aspiring entrepreneurs who are outside in the
Philippines.
