Use the correct word formatting


Try to use the correct word format for non-counting and numbers that represent
non-physical things. Emails/websites/domains/URLs (including portions of these)
should be transcribed in their valid format.

Correctly transcribe words


Make sure to listen carefully and transcribe the EXACT words you are hearing
(except for filler words).

Label speakers accurately


Label all speakers from the company we’re doing the transcription for or their affiliates
and partners as REP. Label all other speakers as CUSTOMER. A rate of 1 will be given
inverted/incorrect speaker label, even if the error occurs in just one or two timestamp.
This can refer to an entire segment, a portion of a segment, or the entire transcript.
