ONG Bites is a retail outlet in Taplow which sells Chinese/Japanese food products.
• Worked as a part of a team, serving customers and acknowledging them
about the different Chinese and Japanese food products available.
• Build up on IT skills as I was required to use Microsoft Excel.
• Provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring that
customers received a quick response to enquires. .
• Have excellent communication skills which enabled me to engage with
customers. Dealt with customers enquiries and resolved any complaints
quickly and efficiently.
• Sometimes was left in sole charge of the shop and developed my own
excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Handled with cash, credit cards and cheques (ensuring the till balanced).

Summer Sale Consultant (Temp).
• Ability to work as part of a team. I was allocated to the Men’s department,
along with 8 other team members.
• Working fast and efficiently under pressure was the key to success in the
sale.
• Communication and Customer skills were vital in the Next Sale. As I had to
be able to help customers with enquires to improve the efficiency of the
business and help the day to run smoothly.
• Expected to use my own initiative when working on the shop floor. For
example; clearing path ways, hanging clothes back onto rails, helping other
team members stock up.
• Essential for me to be organised when working in a busy environment. Break
things down into smaller steps and organize a plan of action.
• Having a mature respectful and friendly attitude with customers which would
attract them. And mutual respect is fundamental in building lasting
relationships with people
