student, Bryan D. Saltiban, who was enrolled as Grade 8 student at La Union National High

School, with LRN no. 300118 for school year 2016-2017. The student was dropped from his

class as his form 138 (Report Card) declares. It is inconsistent with his history in LIS which

marked his promotion from Grade 8. Attached is the screenshot of the system and the

photocopy of his report card.

Greetings!

Every last month of the year, it has been the tradition of the school to initiate a school

encampment for the Grades 4-6 learners of Tanquigan Elementary School. This activity is of

great help in establishing camaraderie, independence, leadership, and strong ties between and

among our clients─ our learners.

In connection to this, we, the teaching staff of Tanquigan Elementary School have

decided to have our BSP and GSP Encampment on November 27, 28 and 29, 2017. Activities

of the said event will follow after the final planning of the BSP and GSP coordinators.
