GIF Isetann Cinerama Complex CM Recto Avenue, Quiapo, Manila CLOSURE ORDER SirfMadam: On 07 October 2019, Police Major Rosalino P. Ibay, Jr, Chief of the Special Mayor's Reaction Team (S.Ma.R.T) issued a Memorandum on the subject of the Investigation Report related to Isetann Cinerama Complex. In the said Memorandum, further verification and investigation on whether the related establishments have secured business permits to operate in the City of Manila from the Bureau of Permits was recommended. Pursuant to this, further investigation was conducted and as per database of this Office, the following findings are established: 1. No Business Permit as Lessor As verified in our records, there is no business permit issued to Tri Union Properties, Inc. or any other business establishment for the lease of stalls and spaces inside the Isetann Cinerama ‘Complex; II. Violation of Terms and Conditions of the Business Permit as Shopping Centre Based on our records, Tri Union Properties, Inc. is operating as shopping center with several deficiencies and violations under the subject terms and conditions on the issuance of its Business Permit, to wit: A. Misrepresentation in the Application for the Permit: 1. Misdectaration of actual business area; and 2. Questionable number of employees paid/permitted. In view of the foregoing grounds, pendi i , b , pending compliance with the terms and conditions of the business permit, your business establishment is hereby ordered CLOSED effective immediately.
