Social Responsibility (CSR) program is
commencing 'Vocational Skill Development Training
Program' for the skill enhancement of rural, semi-urban
and urban youths for Employability.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
We offer this Vocational Skill Development Training
Program in two modules as below:
1. Operator Training - 1 month
2. Service Technician Training - 3 months

PRODUCTS COVERED UNDER TRAINING:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. The above course is exclusively for : Male candidates
2. Minimum Qualification for
Operator Training : 10th std , PUC (Pass or fail)
Service Technician Training : ITI, Diploma (Pass or fail)
3. Preferred Age Group : 18 to 25 Years

FACILITIES DURING TRAINING PROGRAM:

o Food & Accommodation will be provided
o Stipend of INR 7000/- per month for Operator candidates &
INR 10,000/- per month for Service Technician candidates.

This training will provide 100% Job opportunity with our customers / dealers after the
successful completion of the Training Program.

FIRST BATCH of Operator training will start from May 2, 2019 at our Doddaballapur
factory, Bengaluru. Later, this Vocational Skill Development Program will be
decentralized and will be conducted in different regions. Request you to kindly give widest
