I, for one, have diabetes for 7 years now and been suffering greatly from it. i know you have much knowledge about this. Please help me by recommending some diet or supplements or anything that can make my blood glucose stable. i have a 10 month old son and I am only 22 years old. I want to live longer for my new family and to serve God longer with good health. B-complex vitamins may help strengthen the cardiovascular system and the nerves. Vitamin C, E, and Omega 3 can also be of great help. Alpha-lipoic and chromium picolinate will also be helpful. If possible, choose the natural and organic supplements. Regular exercise can be also of great help. Refrain from fatty, salty, and processed foods. Eat fresh as much as possible.
