INT. LOUNGE - DAY

Bru looks at his laptop, held by Doggie Poggie.

BRU
Ey, Boegie. Nobody’s watching our
show on the Internet.

BOEGIE
Maybe it is because people think we
look weird?

BRU
No Boegie. We are the beautiful
people.

BOEGIE blushes.

BOEGIE
Ya. I guess.

BRU
We need to think big. Let’s make
South Africa’s first full-length 2D
animated movie.

BOEGIE
Are you sure there’s not one
already?

BRU
I checked online. We’d be the
first.

BOEGIE
But, what if someone comes out with
a South African 2D animated movie
while we’re making our ours?

BRU
We need to move fast. What’s our
budget?

Boegie checks in his undies.

BOEGIE
5 bux.

BRU thinks.

BRU
Ok, the movie’s gonna have to be
2D.
Boegie shrugs and clicks a pen to take notes.

BOEGIE
So, it’s gonna star talking
animals, right?

BRU
Just because it’s a South African
movie doesn’t mean it has to have
talking animals, Boegie.

BRU and BOEGIE stare at each other for a beat. In a jarring

jump cut, they’re both wearing animal onesies.

BRU walks to his meditation bean-bag.

BRU (CONT’D)
Once I finish meditating we’ll know
what the first South African 2D
animated movie is gonna be about.

BOEGIE
Nice.

Bru meditates while Boegie does random stuff and mostly

stares at Bru. After 90 mins, Bru opens his eyes.

BRU
South Africa’s first 2D animated
movie is gonna be... me meditating
for 90 minutes.

BOEGIE
People won’t be happy about this.

BRU
I’m adding it to Wikipedia.

Dramatic cinematic music plays as credits roll.
