BUSSINES PROPOSAL

I’m Elsa Sanchez Britton and entrepreneur who looking for and
investor, to create a society and establish a bike rental and tour
business in the island of San Andres.

This proposal will lay out and execution plan, and investment
budget

I have training in marketing, customer service and as tour guide,

and have being working in the tourism industry for 10 years, that
give me the experience, knowledge and capacity to run a successful
business of this type.

Because of the increasing flow of tourist that comes to the island

on a monthly basis, from which at least the 50% is looking for
ecological touristic services there is a demand for a bike rental
business to be successful as is a safe and family friendly type of
activity that people would love to book.

I aspire with this project to give and exceptional service, and a

unique experience to customers, and of course get economical
income.

The objective is in a short period of time if 90 days start to see

results and an increase of booking of tour services and bike rental.

To perform this task we will have a tour guide, agent and a

mechanic
Initially we are looking to serve 10 people on a daily basis, who
seeking to rent bike or a tour service with a guide around the
island.

To accomplish this goal we will carry out promotion activities like

giving out flyers on a daily basis, have a pamphlet, presentation
cards, create a page on booking and eventually a website, make
alliances with agency’s who sell touristic services, to sell our service
and also touristic agents who work on commission

Our target group is ecotourism

Our target group will be able to enjoy the island on a more

exclusive and personalize way, enjoy nature on a more relax pace,
and have tour guide when is requested to take them around and
tell them about the history, and gastronomy of the island as them
enjoy the sites and beauty of the island

Excellent service with integrity is our goal that will guarantee

satisfied customers that will be one of the things that will
guarantee our success.

To get started we will need to invest on:

Shipping of bicycles

One (1) laptop

One thousand (1.000) Presentation cards

One thousand (1.000) flyers

One (1) pamphlet

We will get alliance with one agency who will sell our service and
get us customers to rent our bikes for a commission of the 15%

We will work (3) touristic agents who refers customer to us for a

commission of the 10% to get started

We will also have a mechanic to do maintenance on the bikes on a

weekly basis and anytime is necessary, and a secretary who attend
the customers, do the booking, online oh the phone and also in
person, that will get pay each 15 days and will receive and
integrated salary which she/he will pay they own health insurance
from
