ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
1. First week of November was the District Conference of all the MTB Schools

Coordinator regarding the District contest in MTB.

2. Before joining the district contest as the school MTB coordinator, we have to conduct

School level contest.

3. Conduct meeting to the Kinder and Grades I-III teachers regarding the mechanics

and events of the contest.

4. Conducted the school 5 DAYS remedial review for Grades I-III.

5. Consulted the Principal regarding the contest and make an approved proposal.

6. Served as the over all facilitator of the remedial review for Grades I-III for 5 days.

7. Submitted all the results and documentation of the contest to the principal’s
