Gang Crime on the Rise
Crime reports and statistic show in increasing number of crimes committed by youths across the Seattle MetroPlex. The MetroPlex administration and Lone Star is at a loss to explain this increase. “We are investigating this situation,” said MetroPlex spokesperson Reginald Hernandez-Jones. “Seattle will take the needed steps to reach out to its disaffected youth and see that they are channeled into productive paths.” The majority of these increases have taken place in nonviolent crimes except in the Redmond district which has seen a significant increase in violent crimes as well. Overall thefts have seen the greatest increase. Lone Star has issued a bulletin offering advice to concerned parents. New Drones Deployed to Patrol MetroPlex Borders Following concerns about border security, the USAF has deployed six new Falcon-Alpha II patrollers to provide high level coverage. The Falcon-Alpha II patrollers were only made operational earlier this year. They are to supplement the over two hundred drones already deployed by the USAF and Border Patrol to oversee the MetroPlex boarder. Plans are being made to upgrade the drones used by the Coast Guard as well.
