Member 1: “Mr./Madame President.”

President: “Yes, --?--.”

Member 1: “I move that we adjourn.”

Member 2: “I second the motion.”

President: “It has been moved and seconded to adjourn the meeting.

President: “All those in favor say yes.”

Group response: “Yes”

President: “All those opposed say no”

President: “The motion is carried and the meeting is adjourned.”
