1. Teachers should know how to use the electronic Self-Assessment Tool. Demonstration of skills
in using the SAT-RPMS must be done.
2. School ICT Coordinator should have a data bank of SAT-RPMS for consolidation and
safekeeping. Hardcopies should be submitted to the office of the principal.
3. Schedule of consultation with the school principal about the teacher’s development plan based
on the result of self-assessment should be made.
4. Checking of IPCRF by the school head whether it coincides with the SAT-RPMS must be
scheduled regularly.
5. Highly proficient teachers should do scaffolding with the proficient teachers.

IV. Point of Agreement


1. All teachers should have a softcopy of SAT in their laptop.
2. Prepare a checklist of teachers who have submitted their SAT-RPMS.
3. Posted schedule of consultation on teacher’s development plan.
4. Prepare IPCRF with development plan.
5. Pictures and evidence of mentoring session.

It is important that the teachers and school heads work collaboratively to promote professional
growth and development in order to attain school goals.
