Affiant’s belief is based upon the following facts and information: On November 17, 2019, at approximately 4:42pm suspect Anthony Lee went to his sister's house located at 2410 Scotland Dr in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. Upon entering the residence, suspect Anthony Lee immediately shot his brother in law's brother, complainant Roy Mason, Complainant Roy Mason was lying on the couch in the living room when he was shot and killed. Witness Aletrice Mason, the sister of suspect Anthony Lee, and witness Shelvin Mason, the husband of Aletrice Mason, ran into the living room when they heard the gunshots and witness Shelvin Mason was shot by suspect Anthony Lee multiple times. Witness Aletrice Mason was able to wrestle the gun away from her brother, suspect Anthony Lee who left the location in an unknown manner, A 1s at the location called 911 and expl that his I had just shot his witness Shelvin Mason, and killed his IEE complainant Roy Mason. Both Roy Mason and Shelvin Mason were transported to Baylor Hospital by DFR and Shelvin Mason was in stable condition at the time this warrant was written, ‘Suspect Anthony Lee met with a pastor and turned himself in to Lancaster PD for murder.
