Casey: Great, everything is going well, I realize I am not going to have enough time for
the second structure challenge – time during lunch on Friday, will see. Good but busy.

Elisa: Felling busy. Wondering how I’ll be able to cover everything we needed to
with all the school wide things going on. Reading mini lessons have been put on a
slight hold for a day or 2. Looking forward to trying Byrons new WTW games, but
when? Grrr Structures report card comments coming up soon- Going try real hard to
stick with 75 to 100 words- anyone want to type a skeleton? Ready for Media, and
start planning real lessons.

Minutes: Lauren: Feeling really good about the content of lessons. Started to feel a bit
overwhelmed yesterday with extra activities affecting lesson time. I feel that the
kindness activities are very valuable however, and I am going to try to keep a positive
mindset and do my best to fit everything in. Excited to start our new unit, I feel that
we need to find some time to sit down and complete our factual, conceptual and
debatable questions.

Stephanie: Similar to everyone, time is limited with these activities, but it is worth it
(kindness). Structures challenge round 2 will not happen. Looking forward to the next

unit as well. Let’s keep going team!

EAL: Starting to see growth in the children, did some running records and almost
everyone has gone up at least one level. A little concerned about the continuity
between the grades, some communication gaps perhaps?

Beth: Good! New referral and exited some referrals, working on trying to give the kids
extra support and closing the gaps. It’s all about looking positive!

unorganized and lost)
