Tasks of a Warehouse (stock) Manager

 Keeping record of all incoming and issued items


 Issuing items to other departments and individual requirements based on requisition
slip
 Reconciliation of items after orders is shipped
 Keeping record of consumption / averages provided by merchants and technical team
 Checking stock for items in regular interval and report it to respective person for
reorder of finished out items.
 Implementing 5S in stores (arranging and keeping items such a way that required
items are easily find out)
 Follow factory standard procedures for issuing goods to other departments
 Generate item requirements note in advance so that you always have essential items in
stock

 Handling day-to-day operations of the store


 Issuing & receiving of raw materials to/from production.
 maintaining stock of available fabric, issuance against orders & providing
reconciliation.
 Taking charge of Fabric allocation & material movement
 Checking Fabric as per industry standard methods
 Managing a team of coordinators, checkers.
 Updating reports correctly for the purpose of Audit.
 Maintaining a record of suppliers and follow up with them.
 Maintain MIS in excel and ensure that the records are up to date.

 Monitoring of all store Manpower duties & Job responsibility.


 Senior store keeper report to store manager
 Maintaining & follow up of Stock Register all Imported Oriented Items.
 Maintaining of Stock Register all Local Trims, Accessories, Stationary, Printing Etc.
 Maintaining of Stock Register all Imported And Local Leather’s.
 Maintaining of Stock Register all Imported Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment’s.
 Maintaining of Order Ways Swatch Card/ Trims Card .
 Prepared of Monthly Stock Statement By Computer And Report To Director & Others
Related Person’s.
 Maintaining of all Stock Register By The Bin Card System.
 Maintaining of all M,R,R And M,S,R By The Computer & Report to Director’s.
 To Face The Annual Inventory With The External & Internal Auditor.
 Planning The Consumption of all Individual Order’s of Buyer’s Report to Director’s.
 Maintaining of all Order’s & Buyer’s Ways After Shipment Closing Report.
 Maintaining & follow up of PI, L/C, Shipment Schedule(ETD & ETA) Etc

Storekeeper Duties and Responsibilities


 Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
 Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
 Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and
labeling supplies
 Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for
reimbursements and record keeping
 Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
 Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper
stock levels and maintain inventory control
 Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary
minor repairs
