    Various news reports tried to find excuses for the alleged large-scale Fraud on the Courts by BofA and Judges (mostly state judges) across the US, relative to foreclosures with no valid loan records. [1] Let me offer you an alternative explanation: There never were any valid loan records, and therefore, BofA would not produce them in court. Already in January 2007 I filed with FBI LA a complaint, based on analysis of Countrywide's EDGE underwriting system, showing that in fact loans were funded with no underwriting at all. Already then I projected liability to the US treasury in hundreds of billions FBI refuses to this date to investigate. Countrywide (and later BofA) initiated a retaliation/harassment/intimidation campaign through Brian Cave, LLP, appearing in Court with no authority at all. It was a repeat of the counsel who was not counsel of record, with "no communications with client" clause scheme, which was exposed by Judge Jeff Bohm, [2] and which Countrywide promised Judge Bohm to cease. Such schemes at the Courts continue to this date. See for example an ongoing case: Wright v. Bank of America, N.A. et al (5:10-cv-01723) at the US District Court, California Northern District (San Jose), Jeremy Fogel, Presiding Judge. [3] Among other indications of a pretense litigation: There is no Notice of Appearance by Brian Cave, LLP There is no Corporate Disclosure in the case... Such conduct must be deemed in collusion with the Judge JEREMY VOGEL and the Clerk of the Court RICHARD W WIEKING . Already in June 2010 request was filed with filed Chief Judge, US District Court, Northern District of California, VAUGHN R WALKER to initiate investigation and corrective actions pursuant to the Code of Conduct of US Judges. [4] No corrective actions were seen to this date... Such conduct is enabled by CM/ECF. Prior to implementation of the system, no attorney could enter records in the docket without the Deputy Clerk signing on them off. When US and state courts are engaging in such routine conduct, any discussion of the finer points of the law is moot. Needless to say: Conduct of Countrywide - in funding large volume of government-backed uniform residential loan applications (1003s) with no underwriting - should be deemed criminal... However, FBI and US DOJ routinely report to US Congress that their investigation of the sub-prime crisis revealed no criminality... that it was all due to 'changing market conditions'... Conduct of BofA - filing false and deliberately misleading records in courts throughout the US - should be deemed criminal as well... Conduct of Brian Cave, LLP, should be deemed criminal, and perhaps racketeering, given the frequency at which they engage in such conduct. However, in the Robber Baron Revival Era, these are all minor inconveniences in the looting of the people...
