not display any early speed and raced one paced
throughout. A subsequent veterinary examination
revealed no apparent abnormality.
2 ELITE SAINT S NOH - Laid inwards from the 700m until straightening.
3 MAGNUM FORCE D MOOR - On the point of the hometurn, had to be checked to

avoid the heels of SUPER WIN after being taken
outwards by BANGKOK BOY, which in turn was
taken outwards by MINGS MAN, which shifted
outwards to avoid the heels of STUNNING
DRAGON, which was stopping quickly.
Rider, when questioned, stated that his mount was

slow to begin and was placed under pressure to
maintain a position in the middle stages before
being checked on the hometurn. He also added that
nonetheless, the gelding was disappointing. A
subsequent veterinary examination revealed no
apparent abnormality.
4 PIONEER SEVEN R MAIA - Bumped on jumping. Raced wide without cover.
5 GOLDEN DASH V DURIC - Jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped

DECRETO out onto PIONEER SEVEN.
6 GOLDEN WIN TH KOH - Held up and unable to improve for a short distance
rounding the hometurn.

1 JIUYI M EWE - Rider, when questioned, explained that he was

reluctant to ride his mount out over the concluding
stages in his normal manner as he was concerned
that the gelding may have bled. Rider was warned
that, in similar circumstances, he must report
matters such as this to the Stewards after the race.
2 BARBARIAN APP CK NG - Approaching the 800m, was eased away from the
heels of PHAXE, which shifted outwards after being
awkwardly placed on the heels of MOONGATE
STAR.
3 RIVER RUBY R MAIA - Raced wide without cover.
4 TRY MAK MAK K A'ISISUHAIRI - Became unbalanced after being bumped on the
hindquarters by WIN WIN at the start.
Rider, when questioned, stated that his mount had

every chance but was disappointing from the
hometurn. A subsequent veterinary examination
5 BEAUTY SEVEN SEVEN CC WONG - Bumped on jumping.
Approaching the 500m, rider dropped his whip. He

was subsequently warned that a repetition of
dropping his whip may lead to a penalty being
imposed in future.
Due to its poor performance, Trainer KY Young was

warned and advised to improve its racing manners.
6 ENFORCE A COLLETT - Crowded after the start between ZYGARDE and

BEAUTY SEVEN SEVEN, which was bumped
inwards by MOONGATE STAR.
Checked near the 200m.
7 MOONGATE STAR S NOH - Bumped on jumping. Raced wide without cover.
9 THE BROTHERHOOD B THOMPSON - Raced wide without cover.
10 WIN WIN R WOODWORTH - Began awkwardly, struck the near-side barrier

partition heavily, lost ground and then made contact
with the hindquarters of TRY MAK MAK, which
became unbalanced. Approaching the 950m,
steadied to avoid the heels of TRY MAK MAK, which
shifted outwards to relieve pressure to JIUYI, which
was racing to its inside.

RACE 2: NOVA STRIKE 2017 STAKES RESTRICTED MAIDEN (2) (2 AND 3 YEAR OLD) (WFA)
11 ZYGARDE D MOOR - Eased when momentarily tightened between RIVER

RUBY and MOONGATE STAR near the 700m.
12 WINNING SPIRIT I AZHAR - Began awkwardly. Raced extremely wide without

cover.
13 SILVER SWORD UNFIXED - Course Scratching - maximum field
S Noh, the rider of MOONGATE STAR, was fined a sum of S$300 for negligence in terms of MRA Rule 152(5)(a) in
that he failed to claim and ride at his declared riding weight. In assessing penalty, the Stewards considered his recent
record.
App CK Ng, the rider of BARBARIAN, in the presence of his Master, Trainer M Walker, pleaded guilty to a charge of
careless riding under MRA Rule 44(9)(a)(ii) in that near the 200m, he permitted his mount to shift inwards, whilst
riding it along, when not clear of ENFORCE (A Collett), resulting in that horse having to be checked. When deciding
on penalty, the Stewards took into account his record, guilty plea and the degree of interference and carelessness.
App Ng was suspended from riding in races with effect from Monday, 09 December 2019 to Sunday, 12 January
2020 both dates inclusive (four Singapore Race Days) and was advised of his Right of Appeal.

1 SUPER POSH APP M NIZAR - Began awkwardly and shifted outwards. Raced
wide without cover. Shifted outwards under
pressure in the straight.
Rider was warned for permitting his mount to shift

outwards several horses whilst riding it along with
the whip, hampering SUPERSONICSURPRISE
after passing the 300m.
2 SIERRA CONQUEROR APP S SHAFRIZAL - Rider reported that his mount travelled well in the
early stages, however when placed under pressure
in the homestraight, was one paced. A subsequent
veterinary examination revealed that the horse
returned lame near-fore. Will be required to pass a
1000m gallop trial and veterinary examination prior
to being declared to race again.
3 BIONICS I AZHAR - Which was fractious in the barrier, was taken out,
examined by the Veterinary Surgeon, passed fit to
race and reloaded. Will be required to pass one
starting stall test prior to being declared to race
again in terms of MRA Rule 78(2).
Slow to begin.
4 DUSSELDORF M RODD - The Farrier reported that the horse returned having
cast its off-fore plate.
Rider, when questioned, stated that the distance of

the race was too short and would appreciate being
stepped up in distance. A subsequent veterinary
examination revealed that the horse returned lame
off-fore. Will be required to pass a 1000m gallop
trial and veterinary examination prior to being

11 MY GOLD R MAIA - A subsequent veterinary examination revealed that

the horse returned having bled. In terms of MRA
Rule 92(3), it will not be permitted to canter or gallop
on the main training tracks of any racecourse for a
period of two months, and may not start in any race
for a period of three months, and then only after
having satisfactorily passed a bleeder’s test.
12 HOTSHOTS SLAM M KELLADY - Hampered on jumping by SUPER POSH, which

began awkwardly and shifted outwards.
13 SUPERSONICSURPRISE APP T KRISNA - Raced wide. Inside the 300m, had to change course
to avoid the heels of SUPER POSH, which shifted
outwards several horses under pressure.

significant decrease in the body weight of
AWESOME CONQUEROR, could offer no
explanation other than it was having its first start for
him. He added that AWESOME CONQUEROR
was, in his opinion, fit to start. A Pre-Race
veterinary examination passed AWESOME
CONQUEROR fit to race.
Began awkwardly, shifted inwards abruptly and

despite the efforts of its rider, crowded
WONOSOBO onto HEALTHY STAR, which in turn
made contact with BRUTUS. Raced wide without
cover.
Got its head up when steadied whilst laying inwards

after passing the 500m.
6 HEALTHY STAR R MAIA - Bumped on jumping.
8 SUPERIOR COAT K A'ISISUHAIRI - Rider reported that he lost the use of his off-side
stirrup iron near the 600m which he was able to
regain near the 450m.
9 TWILL GUY CC WONG - Bumped on jumping. Raced wide.
10 WONOSOBO APP M NIZAR - Crowded on jumping. Steadied passing the 500m

when awkwardly placed on the heels of BITCOIN
KING.
Near the 50m, rider dropped his whip. He was

subsequently warned that a repetition of dropping
his whip may lead to a penalty being imposed in
future.
11 BITCOIN KING D MOOR - A subsequent veterinary examination revealed that

the horse returned lame off-fore. Will be required to
pass a 1000m gallop trial and veterinary
examination prior to being declared to race again.
As to avoid a clash with an overseas race, this race was put back five minutes and rescheduled to start at 1400Hrs.
S Noh, the rider of BOOM ALMIGHTY, was fined a sum of S$300 for negligence in terms of MRA Rule 152(5)(a) in
that he failed to claim and ride at his declared riding weight. In assessing penalty, the Stewards considered his
recent record.

2 THE ICEMAN S NOH - Trainer M Clements, when questioned regarding the

significant increase in the body weight of THE
ICEMAN, stated that the gelding was freshened up
by reducing its training regime. He added that THE
ICEMAN was, in his opinion, fit to start. A Pre-Race
veterinary examination passed THE ICEMAN fit to
race.
Which was restless in the barrier, was slow to begin.
Rider, when questioned, stated that after his mount

was slow to begin, it travelled well, however, he was
unable to ride it out in his normal manner over the
concluding stages when the gelding hung inwards.
A subsequent veterinary examination revealed no

raced very keenly and shifted outwards, resulting in
LUCKY ENOUGH being crowded onto FIGHT FOR

Rider, when questioned, stated that her mount

raced flat today and was under pressure from the
1000m. A subsequent veterinary examination

significant increase in the body weight of SPIRIT OF
D'WIND, stated that the gelding returned from a
lengthy spell after its injury and had built up
significantly during this time. She added that
SPIRIT OF D'WIND was, in her opinion, fit to start.

checked after racing up close to the heels of

9 BAFFERT M RODD - Rider was questioned regarding the riding tactics

today when ridden forward to lead which is in
contrast to the gelding's normal racing patterns. He
explained that from the wide barrier, it was decided
Pre-Race to try and take up a more forward position,
however, when caught wide in the early stages, he
then made the decision to cross the field and lead
or be caught extremely wide on the track. As Trainer
C Brown was not on course, he will be interviewed
at a later date in relation to this matter.
10 BEAU GESTE I AZHAR - Bumped on jumping. Raced keenly in the early

stages. When the tempo of the event slowed
approaching the 700m, was checked after racing up
close to the heels of DINGHU MOUNTAIN.
11 MR HOOPER D MOOR - Bumped on jumping. Laid outwards under pressure

inside the 200m obliging its rider to stop and
straighten his mount passing the 100m.

were to endeavour to ride the gelding further
forward with the Blinkers on.

Near the 100m, had to be checked when tightened

for room between SUPER DYNASTY, which shifted
outwards when hanging outwards despite the
efforts of its rider and at the same time, BLACK
JADE shifted inwards and away from PENNYWISE.
As the Stewards were of the view, in assessing the
incident, that the racing manners of SUPER
DYNASTY was the main contributor to the incident,
no further action was taken.
2 DICTON K A'ISISUHAIRI - Bumped on jumping.
3 PENNYWISE V DURIC - Prior to the running of Race 8, Trainer R Le Grange

Surgeon. Acting on veterinary advice, it was
withdrawn by order of the Panel of Stewards at
1706Hrs. Will be required to pass one starting stall
test and a veterinary examination prior to being
declared to race again in terms of MRA Rule 78(2).
9 NOWYOUSEE CC WONG - Began awkwardly, shifted inwards and bumped

SUPER FORTUNE onto the hindquarters of
AUTUMN RUSH. Raced wide without cover.
10 BIRAZ APP F YUSOFF - Bumped on several occasions after the start when
crowded between BOLD THRUSTER, which shifted
outwards slightly and AUGUSTANO, which shifted
inwards.
11 SUPER FORTUNE M ZAKI - Bumped onto the hindquarters of AUTUMN RUSH

on jumping by NOWYOUSEE. Hampered passing
the 400m when DRAGON DUKE shifted inwards.

were to endeavour to ride the gelding forward with
the Blinkers on and from the wide barrier.
Settled off the pace.
Hung outwards rounding the 1200m.
Raced poorly and will be required to pass a 1000m

gallop trial and a veterinary examination prior to
being declared to race again.
2 OCULIST S NOH - Near the 1400m, had to be checked when tightened

for room between SO HI CLASS and SUN
CONQUEROR, which hung outwards when
negotiating the turn despite the efforts of its rider.
Rider was issued with a warning for failing to make

sufficient effort to prevent his mount from shifting
inwards near the 750m.
Rider reported that the horse was not striding out

freely. A subsequent veterinary examination
revealed no apparent abnormality. Raced poorly
and will be required to pass a 1000m gallop trial and
veterinary examination prior to being declared to
race again.

was initially bumped by DREAMER LEGEND,
shifted outwards and away from that runner when
DREAMER LEGEND was carried outwards by
MAJESTIC EMPRESS.
10 SUN CONQUEROR CC WONG - Approaching the 300m, steadied when crowded

between LUCKY LINCOLN and DREAMER
LEGEND. Held up and unable to improve between
the 500m until approaching the 300m where it was
taken inwards to continue into clear running.

RACE 10: ZAC INFLUENCE 2011 STAKES CLASS 4 (HCP)

11 TIGER FORCE A COLLETT - Near the 750m, was checked when tightened for
room by MAJESTIC EMPRESS, which also had to
be checked and shifted outwards when placed in
restricted room to the inside of OCULIST, which was
laying inwards and away from DREAMER LEGEND.
To compound the incident, BILLY BRITAIN, which
was racing to the inside of TIGER FORCE, also
shifted outwards slightly negotiating the turn. Given
