The Committee on Budgets had examined proposed transfer of appropriations 37/2000 (C5-0512/2000 
SEC(2000) 1640).
After taking note of the opinion of the Council, the committee had decided, pursuant to Article 26(5)(b) of
the Financial Regulation, to authorise the transfer of part of the reserve in accordance with the following

7. Action taken on Parliament’s opinions and resolutions


The Commission communications on action taken on Parliament’s opinions and resolutions from the July

 European Parliament resolution on poor countries’ external debt (B5-0417/2000);
