The Committee on Budgets had considered proposal for transfer of appropriations 46/2000 (C5-0547/
2000  SEC(2000) 1779).

After noting the Council’s opinion, the committee decided, pursuant to Article 26(5)(b) of the Financial
Regulation, to authorise the transfer of part of the reserve in accordance with the following breakdown:

7. Action taken on Parliament’s opinions and resolutions


The Commission communications on action taken on Parliament’s opinions and resolutions from the July
2000 part-session had been distributed as had a report on the action taken on Parliament’s following
resolutions:
 European Parliament resolution on the World Education Forum (RC B5-0355/2000);
 European Parliament resolution on poor countries’ external debt (B5-0417/2000);
