Responsibilities:-

1. Designing and applying appropriate project management standards.


2. Identifying and obtaining support and advice required for the management, planning and
control of the project
3. Establish a good working relationship with the Senior Responsible Owner
4. Direct, manage and motivate the project team
5. Apply quality management principles and processes

2. Comptroller:-

Roles:-

1. Handling accounts payable and receivable, maintaining payroll, recording data in a


computerized accounting system and performing monthly tasks, such as preparing income
statements and balance sheets
2. Work for corporations, governments and other organizations that function at a level of
financial complexity or growth that exceeds the capacity of basic accounting or bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:-

1. Vigilant about reporting any fraud, abuse or waste of company assets


2. If an independent auditor is hired, the comptroller collaborates with him and provides the
documents needed to complete an audit.
3. Provides planning information to the company’s management, good understanding of the
business cycle is necessary
4. Provide information necessary for the company to secure loans

3. Sales and Marketing Executive:-

Roles:-

1. Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available


2. Persists in sales even in the face of failure
3. Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
4. Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
5. Answers questions from clients

Responsibilities:-

1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the
industry; researching and analyzing sales options
2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
recommending solutions
3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements
4. Trains other sales people in the art of selling
5. Time management skills and meets sales deadlines

4. HR Manager:-

Roles:-

1. Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions


2. Employee recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate
selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
3. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training
programs
4. Regulating a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job
evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions;
recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions
5. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers
to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees;
hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors

Responsibilities:-

1. Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human


resource policies and procedures
2. Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system;
keeping past and current records
3. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in
professional societies
4. Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning
employees; following up on work results
5. Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

5.Operations Manager:-

Roles :-
1. Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
2. Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job
contributions
3. Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
4. Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and
customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
5. Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze
variances; initiating corrective actions

Responsibilities:-

6. Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary
liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health and safety
agencies
7. Manage relationships with key operations vendors
8. Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels
9. Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
10. Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment
quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site. In particular, this includes any
issues on-site at client facilities, such as breaking a fence or tape residue on flooring

6. Systems Manager

Roles:-

 managing a team of staff including programmers, analysts and support specialists


 evaluating the functionality of systems
 consulting computer users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet user or
project requirements
 selecting and purchasing appropriate hardware and software
 managing IT budgets

Responsibilities:-

 implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures


 scheduling upgrades
 providing user training, support, advice and feedback
 testing and modifying systems to ensure that that they operate reliably
 managing secure network access for remote users
 keeping up to date with new technology
