PEC LTD operations and business activities are Project Works, Maintenance Services and
other related services to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Oil & Petrol Terminals and
Pharmaceutical industries. The company is a turnkey Engineering, Procurement, Construction
& Maintenance service provider.

PEC LTD. WSH Policy is part of a comprehensive WSH management system of 15 elements.
Through this system the company has attained the relevant certifications to its operations and
business which are the ISO -9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (Figure 2).

The policy statement states the PEC Ltd. will comply “with all applicable legislation, codes &
practices and other interested parties’ requirements”. Although not explicitly stated, the
relevant WSH Legal requirements will include but not limited to:
- Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act 2006 & Subsidiary Legislations
- Environmental Pollution Control (Hazardous Substances) Regulation (Enforced by
NEA)
