The President had received from the Council certified true copies of the following documents:
 Protocol defining, for the period 18 January 2002 to 17 January 2005, the fishing possibilities and the
financial contribution provided for by the agreement between the European Economic Community
and the Republic of Seychelles on fishing off Seychelles;

 Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the European Community and the Republic
of India on the guaranteed prices for cane sugar for the 2000/2001 delivery period;
 Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters concerning the extension of the Protocol establishing
the fishing opportunities and financial compensation provided for in the agreement between the Euro-
pean Economic Community and the government of the Republic of Senegal on fishing off the coast of
Senegal for the period from 1 August 2001 to 31 December 2001;
 Additional Protocol laying down the arrangements for certain fish and fishery products to the Europe
Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States of
the one part, and the Republic of Poland, of other part;
 Agreement on cooperation in science and technology between the European Community and Ukraine;
 Additional Protocol adjusting the trade aspects of the interim agreement between the European Com-
munity, of the one part, and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, of the other part, to take
account of the outcome of the negotiations between the parties on reciprocal preferential concessions
for certain wines, the reciprocal recognition, protection and control of wine names and the reciprocal
recognition, protection and control of designations for spirits and aromatised drinks;
 Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters concerning the provisional application of the Proto-
col defining, for the period from 18 January 2002 to 17 January 2005, the fishing possibilities and
the financial contribution provided for in the agreement between the European Economic Community

 Procès-Verbal of rectification of the Internal Agreement between the Representatives of the Govern-

10. Transfer of appropriations

The Committee on Budgets had examined proposal for transfer No 19/2002 (C5-0275/2002 
SEC(2002) 696).

After noting the Council’s opinion, the committee had authorised the transfer, pursuant to Article 26(5)(b)
of the Financial Regulation, in accordance with the following breakdown:
