Alejandra Chavez has been in international education

for more than 25 years as a classroom teacher, art

specialist, and lower school Principal. She is currently

living in Singapore and is working at SAIS. She is a

Life & Wellness Coach, author and podcaster and her

passion is inspiring students, parents and teachers to

live a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Alejandra is the creator of Mighty Girl, a personal

development program that inspires 7-12 year old girls

be their happiest and most confident self, and she has

created THRIVE! - a holistic wellness program for
