Answer:Idealism is a philosophical thought that greatly affects education that Idealist s believe that true
reality hides within the people’s mind. Idealist teacher focuses on the ideal act of the students and the ideas
according to words of God, while Realism can be seen through proponents of experimentation which
emphasizes student have various experiences as part of their education

A.3 Western Philosophies
1. Socrates- Socratic Debate is a form of cooperative argumentative dialogue between individual,based on
asking and answering questions to stimulate critical; thinking and to draw out ideas and underlying
presuppositions.
2. Plato -excellence is virtue
3. Aristotle-he believes that the Chief Good for Humans is Eudaimonia (Translated as Happiness)
B. The class activity that I can applied in my teaching that I think is effective is Socratic Debate.
C. Socrates Debate is effective in the way that student can voice out what is in their mind.
