It is important to determine what the information that is missing. exploitation by people and businesses with power and influence. or when they feel so powerless that they do not try to change things. it also contributes to make a city or country to destroy poverty. or some combination of these and other factors. There are different factors that affect poverty namely ignorance. A community has a high disease rate. or to improve conditions. We need education to have a good and bright future. dishonesty and dependency. disease. tend to trash their family. . Lack of will to get proper education in the first place. so that people (1) will want to and (2) learn how to ±± take charge of their own lives. Being well not only helps the individuals who are healthy. to right a wrong. With the lack of information and knowledge. the mobilize uses encouragement and praise. it is also a major factor in poverty in a community. The causes of poverty are numerous. many people did not study so they are not aware in the problems of our country. It become the cycle of poverty here on Philippines. apathy. The children that been raised in a bad environment also do what their parents did and marry early. "Knowledge is power". to fix a mistake. discomfort and death that results from disease. some people feel so unable to achieve something. bad government policy. make so many children that they cannot support. People do not care. Many people and good minded persons. and leave their children on the streets to make money for them.

Dishonesty contributes to disease and dependency. . and that it must depend on assistance from outside. Corruption is a problem that is hard to distinguish.Many powerful people nowadays not only the people in the government are corrupt. The attitude. and shared belief is the biggest self justifying factor in perpetuating the condition where the self or group must depend on outside help. One of the most causes of poverty here in the Philippines is dishonesty. that a group cannot help itself. The solution to the social problem of poverty is the social solution of removing the factors of poverty. so helpless. Disease contributes to ignorance and apathy. These five factors are not independent of one another. And so on. It is an attitude. They each contribute to each other. that one cannot help one's self. a belief. that one is so poor. that is received and enjoyed by the individual. The amount stolen from the public. is far less than the decrease in wealth that was intended for the public.

According to the baranggay that we had interviewed. It repeats what is already offered by the DOH and other relevant laws. The baranggay also said that they also give seminars about contraceptives to inform the people and they are also giving contraceptives to those who ask for it. We can see here that the RH bill is redundant because some things that are inside the RH bill are already done now by the DOH. it is a form of birth control that involves an object placed in the uterus to prevent fertilization of the egg by sperm. the Department of Health (DOH) offered different programs in family planning like the intrauterine device (IUD). . and pills.Assertion 4: The RH Bill is redundant. they offer circumcision. They also offer check-ups for women like pops mere and irregular ministration. And for men.
