AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT is made and executed by and between:

E-COMMERCE, HOUSE OF ENTREPRENEURS, INC., a corporation

duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines, with office address at Unit 1704 Summit One Tower, Shaw
Blvd., Brgy. Highway Hills, Mandaluyong, Philippines. Represented by its
Vice President Alyssa Jane G. Soriano., hereinafter referred to as the
COMPANY.

KWINJCO PACKAGING SERVICES, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and

with residence and postal address at 11 Thunderbird St. Zabarte Subd.,
Kaligayahan, Quezon City., Philippines, Represented by Mr. Raffy S.
Agenar hereinafter referred to as the PRODUCT SUPPLIER.

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the PRODUCT SUPPLIER obligated to supply products to the

COMPANY in its operations in the Mandaluyong City;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, the following are
agreed upon by SUPPLIER and COMPANY:

1. The SUPPLIER shall supply the following products:

a. LOVE COFFEE – 1,000 box per day
b. SLIMA- 1,000 box per day
c. Slim & Fit- 1,000 box per day
2. The SUPPLIER are obligated to produce and deliver the total of 10,000
boxes each variant/product. Thus, the total products to be supplied will
be 30,000 for the period of fifteen (15) working days.

3. Upon the effectivity of this agreement the SUPPLIER is entitled to have

four (4) days grace period to start the delivery of each products as provided
in the aforementioned terms.

4. The SUPPLIER are obligated to pay 2% interest of the total price of each
product per day to the COMPANY as penalty for failure to deliver/supply
the aforementioned products.

5. Any defective products, change of tastes and other changes that might
occur will be returned back to the SUPPLIER and obliged to produce new
products.

6. The COMPANY in return will pay 50% as down payment of to the

SUPPLIER and the remaining balance shall be paid fifteen (15) days after
the effectivity of this agreement; and

7. In addition, Failure to comply in the aforementioned agreement shall face

possible penalty as provided herein and other existing laws.
