Combine chicken broth, water, half & half, cheese, flour, onion and pepper in a large saucepan. Whisk to break up any lumps of flour; turn heat to medium/high. Bring soup to a boil; reduce heat to low. Add broccoli and simmer for 15-20 minutes until broccoli is tender, but not soft. For each serving spoon one cup of soup into a bowl and garnish with a Tbsp. of shredded cheese and a pinch of parsley. Preparation - Baked Blueberry French Toast
Place 12 slices of bread in a 13x9 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. In a blender, combine cream cheese, milk, sour cream, yogurt, syrup, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add egg substitute; cover and process until smooth. Pour half of the egg mixture over bread; sprinkle with blueberries. Top with remaining bread and egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remover from the fregrigerator 30 minutes befor baking. Cover and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-30 minutes longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Dust with confectioners sugar.

Preparation - Mini Moroccan Lamb Burgers On Brioche Rounds with Lemon Yogurt Sauce
Directions Make the sauce: In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt and lemon zest and juice. Season, to taste, with a couple pinches of salt. Sauce can be made ahead of time and refrigerated until ready to use. Bring to room temperature before using. Cut the brioche into about 1/3 to 1/2-inch thick slices and then use a small glass to cut out as many circles as possible, about 3 inches in diameter, from each slice. Place the bread "buns" in an airtight container until ready to use so that they stay moist and soft. Make the burgers: Preheat the grill.

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and work together until they are fully incorporated. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture into little balls about 1 to 1 1/2 inches big and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Using your hands, flatten burgers to about 1/2-inch thick and just a couple inches in diameter. Preparation - Chicken Pot Pie
In a large pan, sauté chicken, garlic and onion in olive oil and butter until chicken is no longer pink and onion is clear. Add mixed vegetables. Cook and stir until blended. Stir in flour and cook 2 min. until “pasty”. Add chicken broth, milk, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-hi heat, stirring every few minutes, until “cooked down” and is thickened, about 15 min. While chicken mixture is cooking, remove Pillsbury pie crusts from refrigerator, let stand 15 minutes on counter. Remove pan from heat. Place one pie crust in pie plate. Add chicken and vegetable mixture. Place second pie crust over pie, fold over edges and pinch with fork. Cut top

crust to vent. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until crust is golden. Cool for 10 minutes before cutting.

Preheat oven to 400?F. Hamburgers: Mix first 6 ingredients and press into an ungreased 10 by 15 inch jelly roll pan. Prick with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Drain off juices (if there's a lot of excess). Cool. Cut into 24 squares. Place squares on dinner rolls. Combine mustard and ketchup and spread on rolls. Top with pickles and cheese, if desired. This makes 12 servings of 2 hamburgers each.
