I Solemnly declare , confirm and undertake that I will run my CSC centre to within Rules ,
framework and guidelines of CSC Academy as per Objectives of CSC Academy

I Declare and undertake that my Centre Shall abide by requirement of Minimum Physical &
Technical Infrastructure more specifically and elaborately described hereunder as per
Requirement of CSC Academy for its affiliation :-
- Minimum carpet area of 350 sq. ft.
- One class room to seat minimum 25 students
- Minimum one Theory room & one reception desk available along with class room
- Glow sign board of CSC Academy & Common Branding (10/3 ft ) must be visible
out side
- Course Chart must be visible in the door of the Centre.
- Power back up must be available
- One faculty with required qualification must be available
- Centre need to be registered under PMGDISHA , SKILL,NIELIT & SarakariParikshaya
- Minimum 4 batches are need to be study every day (every batch minimum 20 to
25 students)
- All batch students need to be registered in different education services like Tally
KPP, Tally certification flash, Tally video flash content, Tally GST, British Council
Course, Sarakari Parikshaya, NILET course like BCC & CCC and other education
services.
- Located within the concerned Panchayat/ Municipality boundaries

- Any Other Specification or Compliances As Notified , required and Communicated

by CSC Academy to Run Centre and for Objective of the CSC Academy.

3.2 Technical Infrastructure

-Minimum of 5-7 Operational Computers (Laptop or PC) with genuine/licensed

software
- All computers should be connected on a local area network
- High Resolution Web Camera must be connected to PC
- Reliable Internet Connectivity with the minimum speed of 256 kbps
- Minimum One printer and scanner
- 3-5 Tablets/Mobile phones
- Biometric devices
- Any Other Specification or Compliances As required ,Notified and Communicated
by CSC Academy to Run Centre and for Objective of the CSC Academy.

- GUIDELINES

I do hereby undertake & understand that I shall

4.1 abide by the rules & regulations made by CSC Academy time to time
4.2 Provide all education service as per the CSC Academy course & quality
education to the beneficiaries / students registered, enrolled or admitted in my Centre
4.3 Conduct examination as per guidelines of Examinations / Rules / Regulations and
without any malpractices and violation of any examination guidelines, rules or regulations
4.4 abide by all Other notifications , Circulars , guidelines etc issued by CSC ACADEMY
time to time .
4.5 Undertake and ensure that I shall be responsible for Day to day Compliances and
monitoring and the overall functioning of the CSC centre.
4.6. liable for true and correct and timely reporting regarding the CSC academy as asked by
CSC Academy Official . Further CSC Academy official/ Representative will verify & take the
review of the target assigned to the CSC Academy on monthly basis & report ..
4.7 declare , Conform and undertake that i will not verify and submit any false / wrong or
fake/ wrong documents/data and indulge in any unlawful activity
4.8 Not misuse Centre of CSC Academy or any Intellectual property or rights obtained
through enrolment or affiliation with CSC Academy for empanelment and appointing
franchisee by collecting money
4.9 Not use any unfair means
4.11. Abide by the condition that accreditation given to our CSC is not transferrable to any
other Person/agencies.
4.12. Ensure All Statutory Compliances Including Taxes Compliances
4.13. Allow the observers deputed by Officials/ State Govt. / District Administration or
other Government agency to visit my CSC ACADEMY CENTRE and submit all documents/
support for inspection/ audit.

I Have no Objection in cancellation /termination of the CSC Academy at any time

BRIEF GUIDELINES OF CSC ACADEMY

A. OVERVIEW OF CSC ACADEMY

CSC Academy is a Society Registered under Society Registartion Act 1860 and promoted by
CSC e Governance Services India Limited and incorporated with Object to Promote Digital
Literacy by ICT enabled Tools and Promote with Digital Education & Training and
elaborately mentioned hereunder :-.

Objectives:

Foster the capability and development of the learners, especially the Village Level
Entrepreneur and functionaries of other stakeholder of the Common Services
Centre scheme through the extensive use of Information and Communication
Technologies and teaching, delivering of specialized courses/ training programmes
and ensuring ubiquitous reach of training services and community development
programmes (health, housing, education, financial services etc) to promote the
entrepreneurship in India.
Develop, maintain and support the online learning environment for ensuring large
scale e-learning opportunities for learners across India, particularly in rural and far-
flung regions. Also design, develop content and delivery framework through CSC for
education, skill upgradation and other areas for community development in rural
areas.

Mission of the CSC Academy

CSC Academy is a publicly invested learning institution that provides access to professional
learning for learners of diverse backgrounds and educational needs. The Academy will
foster the capability and development of the learners through a rigorous (yet paced at the
learner's pace of comprehension), positive, and transformative educational experience
driven by the extensive use of Information and Communication Technologies. The
Academy is further committed to teaching, delivering of specialized courses/ training
programmes en masse and ensuring ubiquitous reach of training services and community
development programmes including social justice (health, housing, education, financial
services, etc.), leadership, communication skills and promotion of entrepreneurship among
the rural masses in India.
The goals of the CSC Academy is to provide skill based training to the VLEs and masses in
rural India so that they can

Show the way for expanding the business to new products and
services. Increase markets and reach new customers.
Improve existing business from a small enterprise to make them big employer,
creating new jobs.

goals and further the learning goals of the community, they strive to become
facilitators imparting career oriented education.

The CSC Academy will be known for its innovations in the application of multi-media
learning tools for teaching, research, and knowledge mobilization and outreach for rural
learners on supporting and promoting digital entrepreneurship and financial inclusion. It
will be known as a premier institution promoting ethical leadership, entrepreneurship and
social inclusion as its fundamental principles. The engagement, education and outreach to
the learners will enable the community by transforming the lives locally, while preparing
opportunity for growth for each of the learner, as per their own goals.

CRITERIA

Center carpet area minimum 350 sq.ft to 550

sq.ft. Minimum 5 to 7 Computers or laptops.
Minimum sitting capacity 20 to 25
students. Internet Connectivity must be
available.
Power back up must be available.
CSC Academy & Common branding (Digital Seva ) board must be shown out of the
center. Center need to be registration in PMGDISHA , SKILL,NIELIT & Sarakari
Parikshaya .
Reception desk must be available in every front of the
center. 1 faculty must be appointing in every center.
Minimum 4 batches are need to be study every day (every batch minimum 20 to 25
students) All batch students need to be registration in different education services.
Why VLE setup a CSC academy?

The CSC Academy will get an authorization certificate from CSC SPV
On better performance of CSC Academy will be rewarded &
felicitated at national level.
Per year CSC academy center will get 10-20 lakh revenue.(Depends
upon potentiality of vle & advertisement)
Under PMGDISHA which GP are not started student registration or
student certification under PMGDISHA that PMGDISHA id given to
that CSC academy.
But CSC academy VLE goes to that GP for 5 days and trained to that
PMGDISHA student by offline or online mode under PMGDISHA.
PMGDISHA student should be trained in assign location under
PMGDISHA.
Under skill project first survey priority goes to that CSC academy.
Other SKILL course like self paid, Disability & RPL are goes to that CSC
academy.
All short term projects like IAP, SEDBI are first given to that CSC
academy.
In future proposed,CSC SPV all dept. of Govt. of India and Govt. of
Odisha to escalate to facility the Govt. works in all 314 blocks of
Odisha. (work under process & will be confirmed after approval)
