This writing is to inform the Letter Carrier’s Union of management’s failure to procure my
clothing and uniform allowance(s). All orders were specific, with sizes and SKU/item #’s, and
utilized my total allotment, give or take a few dollars.

Sept. 2018: Placed a handwritten order with management at Pueblo Main before it got
too cold. I believe it was to either Zach or Lance, but I am unsure because it has been so long
ago.

Feb. 2019: Placed a handwritten order with Dina, as per Diane’s request, because I
was wearing jeans.

Oct. 2019: Placed a handwritten order to Cherie, who gave it to Zach, who gave it to
Lance.

Thank you for following up on this. It would be nice to have the right gear to look
professional and feel safe in marked and reflective clothing when we are out in the late-night
hours.
