AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

That WE, SPOUSES DOMINADOR G. VALENCIA and EVELYN S.

VALENCIA, a retired Serviceman and a Public School Teacher, respectively, both of
legal age, Filipino Citizens, and with residence and postal address at Magsaysay Street,
Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and manifest:

That we are the true and legitimate parents of Nina Caryl S. Valencia, likewise of
legal age, also a Filipino Citizen and with Philippine residence at Magsaysay Street,
Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines;

That our daughter, Nina Caryl S. Valencia a Third Year Bachelor of Science In
Hotel and Restaurant Management Student of St. Paul University, Dumaguete City,
Negros Oriental, Philippines, is intending to travel to NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANNA,
U.S.A. from March to July 2011 for her Work and Travel Abroad;

That we hereby bind ourselves freely and voluntarily to shoulder all her expenses
apu3rtenant to her intended travel and stay in the United states of America and return to
the Republic of the Philippines;

That to fortify our intention to give support to our daughter, we do hereby declare
that as a retired Serviceman and as a Public School Teacher are receiving a monthly
pension of TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ONE and EIGHTY
FOUR CENTAVOS (Php28,701.84) and a monthly salary of TWENTY EVEN
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN PESOS (Php 27,977.00),
respectively.

That we further personally vouch and guarantee that our daughter shall never be a
liability of the government of the United States of America and we are answerable to all
of her expenses incurred in the said country;

That we are executing this Affidavit of Support freely and voluntarily just to attest
to the truthfulness and veracity of our statements herein and to submit this for whatever
legal purpose it may serve her best;
