We believe the freshest fruits, the finest spirits and plenty of skill and dedication are the bare minimum for a great cocktails – and we strive to deliver no less. An update of the legendary authors favourite daiquiri - a solid pour of Havana 3 Y/O Cuban Rum shaken up with a splash of maraschino liqueur, fresh pink grapefruit juice, Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur and a squeeze of fresh lime. Served ice cold with a slither of pink grapefruit zest.

At Oracle, we love our whiskies. And there’s no better test of a whisky’s quality than the Manhattan. Here we’ve used Japan’s Nikka Whisky From the Barrel - bottled at 51.4% - a rare, delicate, plum sake, a splash of the finest vermouth and, for some extra bite, chocolate and cherry bitters.

Maamaa Monkey
TRIPLE MALT WHISKY – FIG – HONEY BOURBON – ORANGE MARMALADE – ABBOTTS BITTERS

A whisky cocktail for the masses. Smooth and rich Monkey Shoulder triple malt whisky stirred with fig liqueur, Evan Williams Honey Reserve Bourbon, a spoonful of orange marmalade and three drops of Abbotts bitters.

We’d never even considered mixing the sublime Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 Y/O Guatamalan Rum into a cocktail before, but this is easily one of the best drinks we’ve tried in ages! The rum is shaken up with a splash of Fig Liqueur and three dates and served neat with a vanilla foam. Highly recommended.

Most Unusual Negroni
GIN – CAMPARI – SWEET VERMOUTH

Once familiarized with a Negroni you’ll have a hard time finding something better. We like to make ours with just about equal parts of Hendricks Gin, Campari and Punt e Mes sweet vermouth. Simply superb.

Corpse Reviver #2

As I write this, the night before the morning after, my corpse is already feeling rather revived indeed. And I’m not even dead yet. No. 3 London Dry Gin finely balanced with Cocchi Americano Aperitif, Cointreau, freshly squeezed lemon juice and four (no more no less) drops of Parisian Absinthe. Served neat and ice cold with a cherry. This is a rare alchemic cocktail that creates new flavours in the sum of its parts – any gin fan must try one of these.
