Javed’s diet plan

Breakfast

Meal 1st- Banana shake (Recipe: 2 banana + oats + peanut butter + nuts) {7:15 AM}

Meal 2nd – 4 Whole eggs + Oats {8:15 AM}

Meal 3rd- Boiled potato {9:00 AM}

Lunch

Meal 1st- Dal + Rice + Sabzi + Chapati {12:15 PM}

Meal 2nd- Paneer + Peanut butter sandwich + Sprouts {2:00 PM}

Evening snack

Meal 1st- 6 Egg white + paneer + Sprouts {6:00 PM}

Dinner

Meal 1st- Chicken + Rice / 10 Egg whites + 1 chapati with sabzi {9:30-10:00 PM}

Meal 2nd- Shake (Recipe: 1 banana + oats + peanut butter + nuts) {Before sleeping}

Additional-

Pre workout- 1-2 banana/Coffee

Post workout- High protein diet

Juice/Fruits/Green veggies/Broccoli

Gym time – 7:30 PM
