KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made and executed on February 21, 2010 at Manila, Philippines by: SPOUSES CLARMANETTE AND LLOYD APOSTOL, of legal age, Filipinos and with address at 222 Mapagmahal St., Malate Manila, hereinafter referred to as VENDOR; -- in favor of -GAIL L.
