“Creating 5 holes in a Square”

Step 1:

Click New (File>New), click Part, OK.

Set the units into IPS(Inch, pound, second)

Step 2:

Select “Top Plane” and click the “Normal to”

Step 3:

Click “Sketch” in Command Manager, select “Rectangle”.

Step 4:

Create a rectangle, there’s no need to be specific size will size it using dimension.

Right click then click “select” and next end the “Rectangle Sketch”
Step 5:

Click “Smart Dimension” and start dimensioning pick any line and size it into 2.0 inches, each
side will be same size.

Step 6:

Go to “Features” then click “Extruder Boss/Base” and Set D1 to 0.5 inches then “Enter”.
Step 7:

Go to “Top Plane” then “Normal to” and Click “Sketch” then click “Circle” and make 4
Circle at four edge. Using Smart Dimension and you can resize the diameter of the circle, set
diameter into 0.20 inches and also the distance of the edge is 0.30 inches.

Step 8:

Sketch new circle at the center, use “Smart Dimension” to set diameter circle to 1.0 inch and
distance for edge set to 1.0 inch.
Step 9:

Click “Features” and Click “Extruded Cut” under “Direction 1” select “Through All”

And “Enter”.

Done.

Step 1:

Click New (File>New), click “Part”, OK.

Set the units into MMGS(mm, g, second)

Step 2:

Select “Front Plane” and click the “Normal to”

Step 3:

Click “Sketch” in Command Manager, select “Rectangle”.

Create a rectangle, set all side in 120 mm via “Smart Dimension”


Step 4:

Go to “Sketch” Click “Sketch Fillet” and click all edge then set radius in 10 mm.

Step 5:

Go to “Features” and select “Extruded Boss/Base” and input 60mm then “Enter”

Step 6:

Go to “Front Plane” and create a circle at the center with radius of 35mm and Use “Extruded
Boss/Base” at the distance 60mm.

And then create another circle at the center with radius 30mm, Use “Extruded Cut” at the
Depth of 60mm.
Step 7:

Go to “Features” and Click “Fillet” and select the radius of the circle you create in the middle
of the circle and in the outer at the radius and….

Press Enter.

Done.

Step 1:

Click New (File>New), click “Part”, OK.

Set the units in MMGS(mm, g, second)

Step 2:

Select “Front Plane” and click the “Normal to”

Step 3:

Click “Sketch” in Command Manager, select “Rectangle”.

Create a rectangle, set side in 40mm by 20mm via “Smart Dimension”


Step 4:
Go to “Features” and Use “Extruded Boss/Base” and set 15mm then “Enter”.

Step 5:
Go to “Sketch” and create a rectagle in a middle and “Smart Dimension” in size of 2.5mm by
5mm and use “Smart Dimension” from the left corner of small rectangle to left corner of big
rectangle then set 0mm. Try it on other side.

Use “Extruded Cut” and set 20mm press “Enter”


Step 6:
Create another 3 rectangle at the center the measure of 5mm by 5mm and use “Smart
Dimension” to set same distance of the 3 rectangle and go to “Features” select “Extruded Cut”
then set 20mm

press “Enter”

Step 1:

Click New (File>New), click “Part”, OK.

Set the units in CGS(cm, g, second)

Step 2:

Select “Top Plane” and click the “Normal to”

Step 3:

Click “Sketch” in Command Manager, select “Circle”. Set in 14.5cm Radius via “Smart
Dimension”
Step 4:
Go to “Features” and Select “Extruded Boss/Base” and put 2cm then “Enter”

Step 5:
Go to “Top Plane” select “Normal to”, create another a Circle at the center with radius of
9.5cm then Use “Extruded Boss/Base” and Set 2cm.

Step 6:
Go to “Bottom Plane” and create a circle at the center with Radius of 14.47cm then use
“Extruded Cut” at the depth of 1.97cm and press “Enter”
Step 7:
Go back to “Bottom Plane” and create another circle at the center with radius of 9.47cm. Use
“Extruded Cut” at the depth of 1.97cm.

Step 8:
Since the cover of Stick-O is color red, u can change the color of your work. Go to “Edit
Appearance” and select color “red”.

Done.

Step 1:

Click New (File>New), click “Part”, OK.

Set the units into MMGS(mm, g, second)

Step 2:

Select “Top Plane” and click the “Normal to”

Step 3:

Click “Sketch” in Command Manager, select “Rectangle”.

Create a rectangle, set side in 60mm by 84mm via “Smart Dimension” then Click “Extruded
Boss/Base” at 18 mm.
Step 4:
Go to “Right View” and Create a Rectangle all side with 60 mm and create a small rectangle in
middle of the bottom with 24 mm length and 18 mm height.

And use “Extruded Boss/Base” at depth 12mm in reverse and press “Enter”.

Step 5:

Use “Fillet” and click on the corner at radius 6mm.

Step 6:

Go to “Left View Plane” and make a half circle on the top, set the radius in 30mm.
Step 7:

Go to “Top Plane” and create 2 circle with radius of 36 mm and 18 mm at the center.

Use “Extruded Cut” with smaller circle at depth of 18mm, and big circle at depth of 5mm.

Done.

Step 1:

Click New (File>New), click “Part”, OK.

Set the units into MMGS(mm, g, second)

Step 2:

Select “Top Plane” and click the “Normal to”

Step 3:

Click “Sketch” in Command Manager, select “Rectangle”.

Create a rectangle, set side in 113 mm and 163 mm and “Extruded Boss/Base” at depth of 25
mm.
Step 4:

Go to “Back View Plane” and Use “Line” and Circle to Create this Figure.

Step 5:

Use “Extruded Boss/Base” first, in the circle at 50mm, second, in the line at 25mm.

Step 6:

Go to “Right Side Plane” and Create a rectangle from the bottom with length of 63mm and the
height of 13mm and

use “Extruded Cut” at the depth 163 mm.


Step 7:

Go to “Top Plane” and create 2 Circle with 25mm radius and use “Extruded Cut” at the depth
of 25mm.

Done.

Step 1:

Click New (File>New), click “Part”, OK.

Set the units into MMGS(mm, g, second)

Step 2:

Select “Top Plane” and click the “Normal to”

Step 3:

Click “Sketch” in Command Manager, select “Rectangle”.

Create a rectangle, set side in 113 mm and 163 mm and “Extruded Boss/Base” at depth of 25
mm.
Step 4:

Click “Sketch” and Create a 2 Rectangle at the same height of box and the width is 12mm and
their distance is 24 mm. then go to “Features” select “Extruded Boss/Base” and set 36mm.

Step 5:

Go to “Front Plane” and make a right triangle using “Line” both side.

And use “Extruded Boss/Base” Reverse direction with measure of 12mm.

Step 6:

Go to “Right Plane” and sketch a Circle at radius of 24mm then “Extruded Cut”.
Step 7:

Go to “Top Plane” and sketch 2 circle with measure of 9mm radius and “Extruded Cut” at
depth of 12mm.

Step 8:

Set the view as Isometric, then “Fillet” the inclined lines in radius of 2mm.

Done.

Step 1:

Click New (File>New), click “Part”, OK.

Set the units into MMGS(mm, g, second)

Step 2:

Select “Right Plane” and click the “Normal to”

Step 3:

Click “Sketch” in Command Manager, select “Line” and “Half Circle” with “Smart
Dimension”
Step 4:

Use “Extruded Boss/Base” at the depth of 44 mm.

Step 5:

Sketch using “Line” again and create 2 circle with 44mm and 28 radius.

First, use “Extruded Boss/Base” the circle at depth 25mm, the line of the side measure in 17mm
and the right measure in 11mm.

Step 6:

Go to “Front Plane”, sketch “Line” from bottom corner of the circle to top corner of the plate
then use “Rib” in measure of 13mm.
Step 7:

Go to “Top Plane”, Sketch 2 Circle at radius of 13mm and 11mm to the corner via “Smart
Dimension” then “Extruded Cut” to make hole.

Done.
