2020 New Adult Officials Training

The Maine Lacrosse Officials Association certifies adults to be US Lacrosse Level 1 Officials. 
Level 1 officials are able to officiate boys’ lacrosse from youth through high school.  
 ​
This registration process is ​specifically​ for those who are ​high school graduates and/or 21 
years of age or older​. This registration path leads to ​Full MLOA​ membership and the 
opportunity to be certified to officiate games ranging from youth/elementary school through 
high school. 

This registration process takes less than 10 minutes to complete. You will need to have a 
credit card to pay the non-refundable $75.00 registration fee to complete the process.

3. Complete Maine Department of Education Fingerprint Requirement: ​Here
4. Complete USL Boys Lacrosse Rules Online Course: ​Take Course Here
5. Complete MLOA Cadet Classroom Course
6. Pass NFHS Rules Test at learning.uslacrosse.org: ​Test Here
7. Pass USL Youth Rules Test at learning.uslacrosse.org: ​Test Here
8. Pass MLOA On-Field training & evaluation during playdays
