APPOINTMENT LETTER With reference to your application / CV and subsequent interview, we are pleased to inform you that with effect from 11-MAR-10 you are being appointed as Crew Member-BOH purely on temporary basis on the terms and conditions appearing hereinafter: REMUNERATION Your monthly remuneration will be as flollows: BASIC SALARY GOVT. WORKING HOURS Your working hours shall be 48 hours a week or nine hours a day including an hour break for meals and prayers. You will be notified actual daily working hours from time to time. You will do such overtime work after usual working hours, as may be required from you and at such hours and for such duration as you may be instructed. GROUP INSURANCE We shall take care of your Group Insurance Plan.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES A. Your services can be terminated at any time by giving you one month’s notice in writing or one month’s salary in lieu of such notice. Likewise, you can also terminate your services by time by giving / surrendering to us one month’s salary in lieu of such notice. B. If you commit any gross “misconduct” you will be liable to be proceeded departmentally in accordance with law which may lead to dismissal without any notice pay. C. Retirement age will be 60 years for male employee 55 years female employee. GENERAL Since we are engaged in job contract business, we may depute you or assign you to work on any of our contracts with any other company or establishment with whom we may enter into job contract and as such your services are transferable in accordance with our business and administrative requirements for one place to another place or from or from one project to our campany and / or from one job contract to any other job contact. Notwithstanding, however, the employment shall continue, unless you are selected for another job contract, or terminated earlier. You will not either directly or indirectly or indirectly divulger any confidential information /’ documents / letters / mails of our client that come to your notice or is given to your care. You will also maintain strict confedentiality of their business / office activities. At no time while in our employement you will attempt to claim or pretend to be in the employment of any other establishment or company with whom we may have entered in to contract. You will not be entitled to any pecuniary or material benefit, allowance or facilities other then special in this letter. You will not without our prior written consent be engaged or interested nor undertake any other occupation or employment whatsoever, during the tenure of your employment with us and shall devote your full time and energy honestly and diligently in the performance of your duties. If you agree with the terms of employment set above, kindly accord your acceptance by signing the duplicate copy of this letter.
